Insider Trading and Compliance System (ITCS) is a web-based tool that automates the implementation and management of compliance guidelines related to insider trading. ITCS automates compliance processes in line with SEBI guidelines, to ensure fair practices.

    • ITCS is single-solution for the implementation of regulatory guidelines across the securities trade, covering equities, derivatives, mutual funds and even the management of specific instruments traded by an employee’s family members. It also comes with a number of pre-defined reports, as listed above, ensuring complete and well-documented compliance.

    All standard trade processes can be executed: creating and authorizing trade requests (by the employee and reporting officer) and approving requests and generating reports (by the compliance officer).

    ITCS comes with maximum and minimum value settings for trade policy threshold control. Maximum value settings include amount of trade requests in INR, quantity of trade requests (in nos) and number of trade requests. Minimum value settings include a general minimum holding period in days, minimum holding period in days for ESPOS, minimum holding period in days for IPO, validity of trade request within which Approval has to be granted, and validity of trade request approval, within which the trade has to be executed.

    Yes. ITCS is optimized for Windows Azure, public cloud (for better availability) and private cloud (for better security).

    Yes, integration is possible with email servers for messaging, as well as with Windows AS for user authentication.
